Each teacher undergoes 72 - hour (9 - day) closed - loop training by Luobotaila.
A comprehensive assessment score of 85 points is required to be considered as successfully trained.
Teachers who pass all assessments need to go through 24 class - hour training to become official instructors.
A quarterly assessment is conducted. Weak areas will be further trained and explained to ensure continuous improvement of all teachers' skills.
